Employment Attorney (EU & German Law)

The Position

Our client, a SaaS company based outside the US, is seeking an experienced employment attorney to provide temporary support on European matters, with a focus on HR investigations and employment law issues. The role involves leading or advising on multicultural, multinational investigations, with a particular emphasis on German employment law. You will partner closely with HR, so the ability to approach investigations with empathy, collaboration, and pragmatism is critical. Broader EU experience is required, and knowledge of Spain is a plus.

ASAP start, 15-25 hours / week, fully remote with a preference for East Coast-based candidates to help cover calls with Europe. The estimated duration is 3-4 months.

The hourly rate for this assignment is expected to be between $105 and $110. This range is an estimate; an employee’s compensation will be based on the employee’s qualifications, skillset, and relevant experience, specific client needs, project requirements, and other considerations permitted by law.
