Location & Employment
Clearwater, FL (hybrid work mode, except first 90 days).
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, develop and execute radiation tests on electrical components and systems.
- Design and develop component test hardware / software for various radiation environments.
- Develop and execute test plans and procedures for radiation characterization and test acceptance.
- Analyze and interpret radiation test data.
- Conduct functional, performance, and qualification testing.
- Develop and execute detailed test schedules.
- Prepare radiation test & analysis reports.
- Prepare and present radiation results to achieve customer approvals.
- Work in radiation environments, using dosimetry systems (prompt dose, total dose, neutron, proton, heavy ion).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and reliability.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (sciences, technology, engineering or mathematics).2+ years of direct experience in radiation testing.U.S. citizenship required due to contractual requirements.Experience with radiation facilities and dosimetry systems.Strong analytical skills.Ability to collaborate across teams.Preferred
Degree in electrical or computer engineering.Security clearance.Knowledge of the systems development lifecycle.Experience with data structures for analytical problem-solving.Self-motivation and initiative.Adaptability to project changes.Multi-tasking ability.Benefits
