Position Summary :
As a key member of the Enterprise Systems Group, you'll play a vital role in guiding clients through software upgrades and implementations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to agreed specifications. Your expertise will also extend to providing ongoing client support to enhance their operational efficiency.

Essential Functions :
- Act as a trusted advisor on system configuration and implementation, employing Epicor's signature methodology for effective problem identification, documentation, testing, and user training.
- Engage with clients to assess needs, contribute to solution design, and align with their overall business strategy.
- Analyze requirements data to uncover any discrepancies between the current capabilities of purchased modules and desired future functionalities.
- Assist in addressing project challenges, coordinating schedules and activities with clients and team members for timely resolutions.
- Support the generation of quotation specifications and proposals to meet client expectations.
- Adhere to project timelines and strive to meet Service Level Agreement goals with every assignment.
- Offer help desk support, addressing client inquiries and troubleshooting application issues effectively.
- Provide on-site training and consultation as needed to foster client understanding and satisfaction.
Additional Responsibilities :
Maintain accurate daily timesheet and expense report entries, ensuring submission in a timely manner.Perform other related duties as required to support the team and enhance client service.Technical Skills :
Proficiency in MS Office and SharePoint at an intermediate level.Experience with ERP solutions such as Infor Visual, Syteline, Epicor, Great Plains, among others.Soft Skills & Abilities :

CPA or CMA certification preferred.3-5 years of experience in manufacturing accounting or financial consulting within an ERP environment.Strong background in supply chain / distribution is desirable.Proven success in ERP implementation projects across various business sectors.Work Environment / Physical Demands :
Utilization of computers and office equipment.Ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations.Perform typical administrative tasks associated with this role.Additional Requirements :
Willingness to occasionally work evenings or weekends as necessary.A valid driver’s license and access to a reliable personal vehicle are required.
