About the Role :

RailPros has an immediate need of a Senior Civil Project Manager to join our outstanding team of engineering professionals. We are looking for a senior civil project manager with well-rounded experience, knowledge, and understanding of civil engineering design to work independently and lead civil design tasks and civil projects. Valued civil engineering experience includes transit / transportation, hydrology and hydraulics, and proven experience developing PS&E for civil projects. This is a great opportunity to grow with us and advance your career. We are very successful in winning both public and private projects as well as railway projects which require civil engineering support and civil projects requiring design and review of civil / utilities / drainage plans in various locations throughout the United States.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

• Lead a major project team or several moderate sized project teams for the organization
• Oversee and analyze the financial performance of client accounts and engineering projects.
• Actively engage in project reviews to ensure quality and alignment with goals.
