CAH-AIU - Unit Coordinator - Part Time-Night Shift

Pay Range : $18.93-$22.65

Job Summary :

Performs receptionist and secretarial duties in a patient care setting. Registers admissions when Registration Department is not available. Assists all departments to complete daily discharge chart requirements. Assist supervisor as needed with various assignments. Participates in performance improvement activities. In charge of CPSI ED log charges, daily / monthly statistics and order entry. Answers phones and assists customers or gets someone who can assist.

AIU Manager or Administrator of Patient Care Services

Education :

Preferred : High school diploma / GED

Training and Experience :

Required :

Close and accurate attention to detail

Courteous customer service skills

Ability to remain calm in stressful situations

Preferred :

Medical terminology knowledge

Previous reception or secretarial experience

• The listed base pay range is a good faith representation of current potential base pay for successful applicants. It may be modified in the future. Pay is determined by factors including experience, relevant qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contracts.
