Web Designer

A company is looking for a Web Designer who is passionate about creating elegant web experiences across desktop and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Understand user pain points and frame product requirements as user jobs

Perform basic user research with support from senior team members

Communicate design thinking and decisions clearly and effectively

Required Qualifications and Training

Knowledge of user research methodologies, including qualitative data collection and analysis

Full understanding of interaction design principles for effective digital product experiences

Familiarity with design system architecture and component documentation practices

Solid experience collaborating with Engineers and PMs, understanding front-end and back-end basics

User-centric mindset with awareness of different personas and user needs
