A company is looking for a Senior Transaction Manager to manage real estate transaction activities for commercial clients.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and execute complex transaction strategies for property acquisition and disposition
Coordinate negotiations and track transaction activities, including leases and sales
Develop real estate plans aligned with client strategic goals and secure high-value properties
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-10 years of real estate transactions or related experience
Real Estate salesperson license required
Experience with life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors is a plus
Advanced organizational skills and innovative problem-solving abilities
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
