Proposal Writer

A company is looking for a Proposal Writer to create client-focused proposal content in response to RFPs and RFIs.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the creation of customized proposal responses that communicate solutions and competitive advantages

Manage the end-to-end proposal process, collaborating with internal stakeholders and defining response strategies

Ensure compliance and quality of proposal content, driving improvements through feedback and process refinements

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

3+ years of experience writing proposals in insurance, healthcare, or financial services sectors

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with content management systems

Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment

Strong organizational, interpersonal, and project management skills
