The Assistant Clinic Operations Manager supports daily clinic operations, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient workflows, and compliance with healthcare regulations. This RN-led role provides leadership to clinical and non-clinical staff, assists with staffing, scheduling, and process improvements, and serves as acting manager when needed.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow
- Supervise and support medical assistants and clerical staff
- Ensure compliance with policies, protocols, and regulations (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.)
- Collaborate with providers and ancillary services to optimize workflows
- Support hiring, training, and performance management
- Analyze operational metrics and recommend improvements
- Act as liaison between staff and leadership
- Lead or assist with special projects and quality initiatives
