• 36 hour guaranteed with 40 hour schedule
• 87% productivity requirement with short term post acute rehab patients
• Skilled nursing facility setting
• Will be supervising PTA
• 5 years experience required due to PTA supervision
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
• We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
