IT Enterprise Service Technician (Hardware)
Goals & Objectives :
To maintain and improve information technology (IT) services for enterprise offices.
Job Functions :
1. Function 1 - Participate in remote IT Enterprise Services meetings
- Attend and actively participate in virtual meetings with end users and members of IT team
2. Function 2 - Configure, prepare, pack and troubleshoot equipment for end user and site use
Configure laptops and micro-computersHardware configuration and deploymentPack equipment for shipment based on needsProvide feedback to IT Enterprise Services Manager regarding low inventory or needed itemsTroubleshoot during and after on-site visits3. Function 3 - Level 3 Service Desk
Act on service desk tickets elevated to Level 3Subject Matter Expert for assigned Hardware4. Function 4 - Special projects
Be available for special projects as neededEducation / Skill Requirements
SD-WAN equipment experienceSuperior verbal and written communication skills.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.Familiarity with Salesforce and Support Org functionalityOSHA Requirement
This position requires the ability to :
Stand or sit for long periods of time,Ability to use the telephone and computer systems,Ability to lift up to 15 lbs.Ability to travel independently up to 40% as needed#DICE
