Job Description
We are seeking a candidate with the following skills and experience :
Hands-on experience in handling L2 Production Support for Salesforce Platform
Understanding of Salesforce Customizations using Apex, Lightning Aura, Lightning Web Components
Experience with Integration using SOAP / REST or Mulesoft API
Proficiency in programming or scripting languages such as Java and JavaScript
Experience in Email Marketing Automation and Campaign Management
Involvement in Email Campaign planning with marketers and clients
Experience with creating Lists, Data Extensions, User Initiated Emails, Campaigns, Automations, and Deployment
Knowledge of Project Management, Quality Assurance, Reporting, and Client Support Operations
Strong JavaScript skills and understanding of the Aura framework
Experience with XML & JSON Web Services (SOAP / REST)
Experience with scripted data loader, web services, middleware, and enterprise integration technologies
Salesforce Sales / Service Cloud experience is a plus
