Job Description

We are seeking a Dentist for a 48-day locum tenens assignment in Oregon, beginning Sept. 2, 2025. The role involves a Monday through Thursday, 8 : 00 am-5 : 00 pm schedule, focusing on general dentistry for a predominantly pediatric patient base. The duties include a wide range of procedures from fillings to extractions, emphasizing pulpotomies and stainless steel crowns for children.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide comprehensive general dentistry services to pediatric and adult patients
  • Conduct dental procedures such as fillings, crowns, bridges, root canals, and dentures
  • Perform pediatric-specific treatments like stainless steel crowns, pulpotomies, and simple extractions
  • Utilize Dentrix software to maintain accurate patient records
  • Collaborate with dental staff to ensure a seamless patient care experience

  • Required certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA), Nitrous Oxide Certification
  • Must hold a valid Oregon dental license
