About The Position

Title : Physical Therapist (Outpatient)

Location : Statesville, NC 28677

Duration : 8 Weeks

Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 – 16 : 30)

Job Responsibilities :

• Evaluate, plan, and implement individualized physical therapy treatment programs for patients in an outpatient setting.
• Treat a primarily orthopedic caseload (approximately 90%) including conditions such as joint injuries, post-operative rehabilitation, and musculoskeletal disorders.
• Conduct strength testing, pain assessments, and mobility evaluations.
• Develop and oversee home exercise programs tailored to each patient’s rehabilitation goals.
• Provide education to patients and families on proper techniques, injury prevention, and safety practices.
• Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals to ensure effective care delivery and positive outcomes.
• Document all patient evaluations, plans of care, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and on time.
• Maintain a professional and organized work environment following facility dress code standards.
