The selected colleague will work at an MUFG office or client sites four days per week and work remotely one day. A member of our recruitment team will provide more details.

As Identity & Access Management (I&AM) Engineer and Developer, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, evaluating, testing, debugging, and implementing access controls enhancements to reduce the risk of access control failures and improve business and operational efficiencies. The candidate is expected to have hands-on experience implementing technology solutions to automate and sustain access controls, including monitoring, recording, resolving issues, and managing evidence collection repositories and UI.

As an IAM Engineer and Developer, you should demonstrate the following experience and work on :

  • Helping the engineering team to write and document design specifications and solutions according to defined processes, policies, and standards with information security requirements.
  • Supporting troubleshooting and resolving complex problems.
  • Having excellent communication skills, including writing and presentation skills for documentation and presentations.
  • Being passionate, positive, and driven.
  • Possessing good communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Having reliable time management and organizational skills.
  • Being proactive in mindset and behaviors.
  • Leading complex efforts with minimal supervision.
  • Adapting to new and changing environments and handling multiple priorities, including learning quickly and achieving automation goals.
  • Participating in unit testing and team data quality efforts.
  • Conducting system integration testing, including integration with upstream and downstream systems.
  • Having a strong understanding of testing and implementing lifecycles for identity access technologies, including root cause analysis.

Required Skills :

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with PLSQL, Oracle engineering, and development.
  • Oracle data model and table design, complex query development, and tuning.
  • Experience in Oracle PL / SQL and SQL query development, tuning, and optimization, handling OLTP transactions and large data sets.
  • Developing triggers to log audit logs and data change history.
  • Strong team collaboration skills and ability to deliver tasks with minimal supervision, analyze issues, and propose solutions.
  • Proficiency in scripting and ETL data manipulation.
  • Experience with Pentaho Data Integration (PDI) is highly desired.
  • Understanding of IAM certification, access controls, account inventories, ownership, LCM, and regional regulatory requirements (access controls implementation experience is preferred).
  • API and integration development leveraging the above technologies.
  • Experience with IAM vendor-based solutions is a plus.
  • Strong SQL Server and tSQL experience is a plus.
  • Experience with Excel pivot tables and data analysis / reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of OS UNIX, Windows, and SQL databases is a plus.
  • Application development experience with Java and / or .Net technologies, including Web Services APIs, JavaScript, XML, JSON, AJAX, is highly desired.
  • Desirable Skills :

  • Professional certifications such as CISSP and GIAC are a plus.
  • Education :

  • Bachelors degree in computer science, Business Administration, or equivalent experience and / or qualifications.
  • The typical base pay range for this role is between $121K - $142K, depending on knowledge, skills, experience, and location. This role may be eligible for performance-based bonuses and incentives.
