THE JOB
The Client Partner is a sales-first, full-desk recruiter role that combines business development with delivery. This individual will be responsible for generating new client relationships, pitching retained searches, and driving successful placements of executive-level healthcare leaders. Daily expectations include consistent outbound prospecting activity, consultative conversations with hospital and healthcare decision-makers, and the ability to secure retainers and manage full-cycle executive searches. The position is hybrid (Tues–Thurs in-office; Mon & Fri remote) and is based in the Portland / Vancouver metro area.
THE QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–2+ years of proven outbound sales or full-desk recruiting experience (healthcare experience a plus but not required).
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a high-activity environment (30+ calls / day, weekly pitches).
- Strong objection-handling skills and resilience in a sales-driven role.
- Consultative sales style with an emphasis on relationship-building.
- Growth mindset, coachability, and commitment to personal development (e.g., continuous learning, fitness, self-improvement).
- Comfortable with a hybrid work model and located (or willing to relocate) in the Portland / Vancouver area.
- Experience with tools such as Bullhorn, Sourcewhale, and ZoomInfo preferred.
