Job descriptionRead and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings Use basic math skills to measure, cut, and shape metal pieces Operate various tools and equipment such as welding machines, grinders, and calipers Assemble and weld components according to specifications Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow Adhere to safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment 2-3yrs of Welding Experience Proficient in various welding techniques, including stick welding Knowledge of ductwork fabrication and installation Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings Strong attention to detail and accuracy in measurements Familiarity with operating press brake machines is a plus Basic math skills for measurements and calculations Ability to use calipers for precise measurements Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues during the fabrication process Medical, Dental and Vision insurance Life Insurance Pension Paid Time Off 12 Company-Paid holidays A Solid Wellness Program to support your personal health goals Development opportunities
