Omega Mod Group, Inc, is under new management, and we have positions for immediate hire for Experienced Skilled Construction Workers. We are looking for skilled construction workers with solid experience in multiple construction trades who are ready to roll up their sleeves to help their assigned teammates complete projects on time. The candidates we are looking for must be able to take instruction, lead, and work as a teammate to complete quality projects in the assigned time.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
• Provide leadership to 3-4 general laborers when requested.
• Recommend cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality.
• Analyze construction problems and develop / communicate immediate solutions.
• Accomplish projects by defining the scope and resources required.
• Suggest resources, materials, sub-contractors and other staff as needed.
• Identify slippages or delays in construction and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Work with the Plant Manager to follow project plans, quality assurance plans and safety plans.
