Responsibilities for an ADON with Phoebe Ministries :

Responsible for assisting the Director, Nursing Services in various administrative tasks; implementing strategies to achieve goals, complying with operating policies and procedures as well as outside regulatory requirements; communicating with appropriate personnel; providing periodic reports.

Requirements for an ADON with Phoebe Ministries :
