We're seeking a BC / BE Adult or Child-Adolescent Psychiatrist to serve as the Associate Medical Director of our Crisis Stabilization Unit, a role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on clinical care, in a highly collaborative, patient-first setting.
The Role

- Partner with the Medical Director to oversee psychiatric and medical services across the CSU, including nursing and support staff
- 50 / 50 split of clinical and administrative duties, lead while staying connected to patient care
- Play a pivotal role in recruitment and consultation for new psychiatric staff
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, diagnoses, treatment planning, and medication management Compensation and Benefits

- $328,000 base with additional leadership incentives and bonus potential
