Location : Coos Bay, Oregon

Position : Nurse Practitioner Outpatient Oncology

Start Date : As soon as possible

Schedule : Ongoing locum coverage Sunday Saturday workweek

Call : 1 : 3 or 1 : 4 rotation

Job Overview :

Seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner with recent outpatient oncology background to provide follow-up care for solid tumor patients on active treatment or in survivorship. No inpatient rounding required. You'll work collaboratively with 2 medical oncologists and 2 APPs on-site. This is not an autonomous role supervision from medical and radiation oncologists is available.

Clinical Details :

Setting : Outpatient oncology infusion center and clinic

Patient Volume : per day (NP-specific)

Support : Infusion nurses, medical oncologists, and radiation oncologists

EMR : Epic with Beacon

Trauma Level : III

Patient Population : Adults and geriatrics

Orientation : 4-hour unpaid Epic training + orientation at hourly rate

OT after 40 hrs / week; holidays and OT paid at 1.25x
