We are seeking a Finance Technology Transformation Lead to drive modernization across finance systems and processes. This role leads large-scale initiatives that improve automation, data quality, and reporting while aligning technology investments with strategic goals. Key Accountabilities

Lead the design and delivery of finance transformation initiatives that improve efficiency, reporting, and analytics.

Partner with leaders across Finance, IT, and Operations to align priorities and ensure adoption of new solutions.

Drive the deployment and optimization of cloud-based tools such as Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, QRM, and Power BI.

Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders by translating strategy into actionable execution.

Foster a collaborative, high-performance culture built on accountability and continuous improvement.

Communicate progress, risks, and outcomes clearly to executive leadership.

Champion innovation by identifying opportunities for process and technology improvements.

Education & Experience

Required

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Strategy, Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

10+ years of progressive experience in Finance, Strategy, or Transformation roles.

7+ years of experience with finance systems such as Workday Financials, Adaptive Planning, or QRM.

Deep knowledge of core finance functions including planning, reporting, close, controls, and operations.

Preferred

Experience leading enterprise-wide technology transformation initiatives.

Strong background in cloud-based ERP and EPM platforms.
