Position : Systems Support Analyst

Job Summary : This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in IT support, offering hands-on experience in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities include :

• Identify priorities and respond to user inquiries via phone, email, or ticketing system.
• Troubleshoot and resolve basic hardware and software issues.
• Assist with installation and configuration of computer systems and applications.
• Perform routine maintenance and monitoring of IT systems.
• Document issues and resolutions accurately within MSP platforms.
• Escalate complex issues to higher-level support as needed.
• Support onboarding of new users including account setup and access provisioning.
