Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Wound Care for a travel nursing job in Erie, Pennsylvania. Job Description & Requirements Specialty : Wound Care Discipline : RN Start Date : 11 / 10 / 2025 Duration : 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift : 8 hours, days Employment Type : Travel Wound Care Program Clinical Leader (RN) Shift : Day - 5x8-hour shifts (Monday through Friday) Guaranteed Hours : 40 per week Contract Length : 13 weeks Description : The Wound Care Program Clinical Leader provides clinical leadership and direction for the wound care program to enhance quality of care, safety, and outcomes. This role establishes and maintains evidence-based wound care practices, develops education modules, and collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to improve wound management across Select Medical hospitals and programs. Key Responsibilities : Lead and oversee the wound care program, ensuring high standards of patient care. Develop, implement, and evaluate evidence-based wound management protocols and formulary updates. Establish and maintain clinical competencies and educational programs related to wound, skin, and ostomy care. Collaborate with medical leadership, education departments, and staff to drive clinical excellence. Analyze wound trends and implement performance improvement activities to reduce pressure injuries. Promote a culture of safety in accordance with Select Medical's "10-Foot Circle of Safety" and Core Values. Track and evaluate education, competencies, and credentials for clinical staff. Participate in innovation, research, and outcome measurement for wound care initiatives.
