Job description

Medical Facilities of America, a leading provider of post-acute rehabilitation and skilled nursing services, is seeking a Hospital / Admissions Liaison to join our high-performing team serving the Charlotte, NC Metro area.

As the Hospital / Admissions Liaison, you will play a vital role in supporting patients and families as they transition from hospital to post-acute care. You will collaborate closely with hospital care management teams, physicians, and therapists to build strong relationships and drive referrals to our local MFA centers, which provide unparalleled LifeWorks Rehab therapy services designed to help patients regain independence and return to their pre-illness routines.

What you’ll do

Develop and maintain relationships with hospital care managers, physicians, and therapy teams to generate patient referrals.

Serve as the first point of contact for patients and families making important recovery decisions.

Educate patients and families on the benefits of our exclusive LifeWorks Rehab program.

Collaborate with Admission Directors across MFA’s network to ensure seamless transitions of care.

Represent MFA professionally within the healthcare community, demonstrating strong communication and sales skills.

What you need

RN or LPN license preferred, but not required

Prior marketing or sales experience in healthcare strongly preferred

Proven ability to develop professional relationships and communicate effectively

Demonstrated selling, presentation, and customer service skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a regional admissions team
