Arcosa Aggregates are currently seeking a Laborer (Asphalt Plant) for our Bridgewater, NJ plant on Day shift.

Day To Day :

• Actively promote safety awareness and continuous improvement through positive recognition
• Perform general labor tasks including shoveling, raking, and moving materials as needed
• Participate in routine maintenance, cleaning, washing of the facility and equipment
• Operate small equipment as needed such as a skid steer or manlift
• Comply with all industry safety rules, policies, procedures and applicable government regulations
• Perform daily workplace inspections and reports deficiencies immediately to supervisor
• Maintain strong communications with other plant employees and operators
• Perform other duties or responsibilities as assigned

About You :

Working Conditions and Physical Environment : While most equipment has air conditioning, there will be times when other responsibilities may require periods of work in all weather conditions including heat, cold, wet, dry, and dusty.

Compensation : $20.17 - $21.45 per hour
