As a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator , you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining the highest standards of care for our residents. You’ll play an integral role in fostering a culture of compassion, dignity, and excellence, all while leading a dedicated team of healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

Oversee and manage all aspects of facility operations, ensuring the highest level of care for residents.

Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.

Lead, mentor, and manage staff, fostering a positive work environment and high employee morale.

Collaborate with healthcare providers, families, and community partners to ensure comprehensive care for our residents.

Monitor financial performance and maintain budgetary controls.

Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and overall service delivery.

Qualifications :

Valid Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) certification

Proven experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or in a senior management role within long-term care

In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations, including state and federal requirements

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills

Ability to build and sustain relationships with residents, families, staff, and healthcare professionals
