Job descriptionCandidates must not have worked for Envision within the past 12 months or at this site (or an affiliated site) in the past 24 months . New candidates who have never worked for Envision must reside outside a 75-mile radius of the site. Credentialing takes 90 days and includes cross-credentialing at a nearby surgical center. A call or Zoom interview with the Site Medical Director is required before approval. Candidates must provide their best contact number and availability for an interview within the next two weeks.
Locum Tenens Anesthesiologist Opportunity Gainesville, FL
We are seeking an experienced Anesthesiologist for a locum tenens opportunity in Florida. This position offers flexible scheduling, a strong care team model, and a diverse case mix in a high-volume setting.
Position Details :
- Shifts : Monday Friday (5x8s or 4x10s), approx. 7 AM 3 PM or 7 AM 5 PM
- Call & Weekends : Optional
- Case Types : General, Ortho, GI-Endo, Eyes, Healthy Peds, Urology, Robotics, OB / GYN, Bariatrics, Vascular, Cardiac Ablations, Interventional & Neuro-Interventional Radiology, Neuro, Bronchoscopy
- No Trauma or Cardiac cases (handled by the cardiac MD team)
- Average Monthly Cases : 1,800
- Average Monthly OB Deliveries : 325
- EMR System : Meditech
- Care Team Model : 25 CRNAs, 19 MDs
Requirements :
Active Florida License
Board Certification Required (BE Not Accepted)
Minimum 2 Years of Recent Experience
Clean File & Background (No Prior Malpractice or Issues)
BLS Certification
