Job Title : Maintenance Technician

Job Description

This is a maintenance role within a food manufacturing company, focusing on maintaining and repairing bakery equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, conveyors, pneumatic delivery systems, and extrusion machines.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues on production lines.
• Adjust machine components, such as phone-eye sensors, to ensure proper function.
• Conduct fabrication work, including welding stainless steel materials to create machine covers and product catch systems.
• Prioritize preventive maintenance to minimize reactive breakdowns.
