Title of Position : Restaurant District Manager

Job Description : The District Manager will act as a liaison between the owners and restaurants making certain all restaurants preserve the standards of operation established by the corporate office. The Restaurant District Manager will also work as the line of communication between the owners and stores on any modifications or issues that must be communicated. Additional responsibilities for the Restaurant District Manager include making certain all budget and financial projections are achieved, recruiting, and retaining top quality management candidates, developing continuous training and development systems to enhance staff performance and delivery of customer service and ensure that appropriate staffing levels are achieved. The Restaurant District Manager will also supervise procedures for the control of cash, property, product, and equipment and conduct audits to guarantee compliance with labor and safety regulations.
