Salary(new grad) : 230,000 in base plus up to 10% quality incentive and up to 20% in productivity incentive

Schedule : Monday-Friday 8-5pm, one admin day that can be done remotely

Patients per day : 18-22

Call : 1 in 7 call rotation

4 weeks of paid vacation

1 week of paid CME time plus $4,000 in expenses
