Position Overview :

The Marketing Manager will be responsible for leading and executing a variety of marketing efforts to elevate the EveryWatch brand and platform. This includes creating and managing marketing campaigns, designing promotional materials, executing website promotions, and overseeing paid ad campaign creative work. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both digital marketing and creative design, a keen understanding of the latest trends and best practices, a self-starter personality with excellent communication skills, able to easily articulate ideas.

Key Responsibilities :

• Marketing Campaigns : Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns that align with business goals and drive engagement with target audiences.
• Creative Design : Lead the design and production of marketing materials such as mailers, banners, digital ads, and other collateral.
• Website Promotions : Manage and optimize website promotions, ensuring content is fresh, engaging, and drives conversions.
• Paid Advertising Campaigns : Plan, design, and execute paid ad campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, etc.). Monitor performance and adjust strategies for maximum ROI.
• Email Marketing : Oversee the creation and distribution of email campaigns, including promotional mailers, newsletters, and product updates, ensuring a high level of engagement.
• Analytics and Reporting : Track and analyze campaign performance through key metrics (click-through rates, conversion rates, ROI, etc.).
• Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product, and Customer Service, to align marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Stay Current : Keep up to date with the latest marketing trends, tools, and technologies. Implement innovative strategies and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
• Conduct A / B tests : in order to iterate and optimize campaign initiatives.
