Job Summary : As a Registered Nurse, you will be at the forefront of patient care, assessing, diagnosing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care for your assigned patients in the infusion and specialty settings.

Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive support to patients while addressing their needs and those of their families.
• Collaborate with an interprofessional team to resolve patient and family issues effectively.
• Work with various departments to develop tailored treatment plans for patients.
• Implement, evaluate, and adjust care plans based on individual patient needs, particularly concerning vascular access.
• Utilize your skills in intravenous insertion, assessing both peripheral and central line access.
• Operate medical equipment, including point-of-care ultrasound devices and intravenous infusion pumps, as needed.
• Ensure adherence to department policies and interpret laboratory results to manage patient care safely.
• Document patient care activities and communicate any changes in patient conditions promptly.
• Leverage the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system to manage treatment and therapy plans.
• Apply evidence-based practice and scientific knowledge to provide age-appropriate and clinically effective nursing care.
• Maintain a vigilant and safe work environment.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
