A company is looking for a Senior Property Account Executive to drive revenue growth by securing new multi-family / property management client accounts and maximizing opportunities within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Retain and grow revenue within a Book of Business consisting of various sized Property Management companies
Spend 30% of time on client retention and growth, and 70% on prospecting new clients
Track and report on account performance and sales pipeline using Clari and Salesforce
Required Qualifications
5-7 years of experience in a quota-carrying sales or account management role within the SaaS industry
Demonstrated expertise in managing accounts in the property / multifamily vertical or a closely related industry
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
