We’re supporting several companies looking for Quality Engineers, Quality Inspectors, and Quality Managers / Directors — basically anyone who can help keep parts in spec and chaos to a minimum.

Depending on the role, your day might include :

Inspecting parts using tools other people pretend to know how to use

Leading CAPAs, root-cause analysis, and other detective-level quality adventures

Owning PPAPs, FMEAs, audits, and all the acronyms that make manufacturing work

Coaching teams on quality standards (with kindness… or strategic eyebrow raises)

Making sure documentation is complete, accurate, and not written like it was typed at 3 a.m.

Helping production hit goals without sacrificing quality — a magical balance

You’ll be a great fit if :

You don’t take “close enough” personally (because it absolutely is personal)

You’ve mastered the art of explaining tolerance stack-ups to non-engineers

Your favorite hobbies include preventing defects and saying “let’s look at the data”

You actually enjoy a well-organized audit

You believe quality is a team effort, not a department of “no”
