The Data Governance leader role is critical to the success of our data-driven initiatives. As we continues to expand its data capabilities, the complexity and scale of our data environments have increased. A Data Governance lead will ensure that we can bring in more rigor, process standards and monitoring into some of our critical decision making using data and align with the organization's strategic goals. This role will lead the data governance initiatives for enterprise systems and analytical data sets supporting our current and future business needs.

The Data Governance team is pivotal to establishing an enterprise-wide approach to data quality, privacy, and security. As the Director of Data Governance, you will lead a cross-functional team responsible for setting and enforcing governance policies that ensure the accuracy, consistency, and protection of data across client's semiconductor business. You'll work closely with data engineers, data scientists, business unit leaders, and compliance officers to build a strong foundation for data governance, empowering teams to leverage high-quality data in decision-making and innovation.
