Department Details and Requirements :

• Support multiple locations within 150 miles of your permanent address.
• Mileage reimbursement provided.
• Premium Pay Rates :
• $5 / hour premium on all hours worked.
• $1.25 / hour weekend shift differential.
• $1.25 / hour evening / night shift differential (6 : 00 PM - 6 : 00 AM).

Job Summary :

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) is responsible for providing professional nursing care to residents of all ages in long-term care settings, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. You will use your nursing knowledge to assess, administer medications, document care interactions, and ensure the health, comfort, and safety of residents. This role demands effective communication and the ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals and the interdisciplinary care team.
