Job descriptionLeading pediatric hospital with 181 beds, 11 ORs at the main location, and 4 ORs at the South location 8-hour or 10-hour shifts, or Rotating call schedule 1 : 5 / 6 (5 days / month) Cases : Pediatrics, including Orthopedics, GI, OB, ENT, Neurology, Healthy / Sick Pediatrics Independent, not supervised 2 Anesthesiologists on staff willing to help as needed Willing to teach blocks if desired Must be a licensed CRNA Pediatric anesthesia experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply Must be comfortable working independently and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team Willing to wait for Ohio license Airports Nearby : Dayton International, Cincinnati / NKY, Columbus Charming college town home to a major University Safe, family-friendly community with strong values Low cost of living and affordable real estate Surrounded by natural beauty Green River Lake State Park offers boating, fishing, hiking, and camping Just 90 minutes from Louisville and Lexington for easy access to urban amenities Growing downtown with shops, restaurants, and local events Excellent K 12 school systems and a supportive local community Ideal for professionals seeking work-life balance in a scenic, peaceful setting
COMPENSATION AND PERKS
- $300k+ / yr for 210 shifts / yr (enjoy 10 weeks off!)
- Up to $50k signing bonus
- $10k leadership bonus (optional)
- $500-$800 / shift for extra call
- $200 / hr extra callback
- 401k with match, Mega backdoor Roth option, 36+ days PTO
