About the Clinician's Workday

Cases include General, Urology, GYN, Vascular, Ortho, OB, and Endo. Shifts run from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 7 a.m. to 5 p.m., with beeper call coverage from 5 p.m. to 7 a.m. Coverage is scheduled one week on (Monday-Sunday) with the same MD covering both day shift and call. Overtime is available. Call is beeper-based with a 30-minute call-back radius. The EMR system is Epic. Daily volume is light, with approximately 10-20 cases per day across three anesthetizing locations (two ORs and one NORA). The staffing model follows a 3 : 1 MD-to-CRNA medical direction ratio. Car rental or mileage stipend is $250 per week, and lodging or housing stipend is $131 per day. Credentialing takes a minimum of 90 days.
