Job site cleanup Clear debris and haul to dump Pick up materials and deliver to job sites Minor demolition as needed Other duties as assigned Able to walk, stand, bend, kneel, reach, stoop, and climb, (sometimes on uneven surfaces), and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. Constantly communicate in-person, virtually, and from a range of distances Able to drive and have access to reliable transportation to get to our headquarters and client sites within 30 minutes driving of headquarters. Full-time, direct-hire position located at one of our Bay Area jobsites. Conrado provides employees and their dependents medical / dental / vision coverage with PPO and HSA plans, with an added benefit of a Premium Only Plan. Annual discretionary performance-based bonus; vacation and sick time; annual company holidays; 401(k) with company match, and additional discretionary contribution. The base salary range for this role is between $20-$27 / hour.

We are seeking a Construction Laborer to support our Project Managers in maintaining our project job sites to a safe and presentable standard.
EXPERIENCE
- Must have at least two years' experience in a laborer's position
- Must have a valid driver's license and a clean DMV record - REQUIRED
