The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills :

• Run and pull shortage reports from SAP to determine potential supply risks
• Pull supply commits and escalation status from SAP
• Receive monthly build projections from MES Industrial Managers
• Combine multiple inputs above into a pre-defined Microsoft excel / PowerPoint template that clearly illustrates the following over a 90-day period
• Current material coverage
• Potential gaps in supply coverage vs site build plans
• Current status / commits of any parts not currently on MRP identified as potential risks over 90-day outlook
• Communicate findings with Industrial Managers and address any follow-on questions or concerns

What You Will Bring :

Minimum of 2 years of prior relevant experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing

Supply Chain / Material Processing experience

Operations experience is a plus

Excellent Microsoft Office Suite skills

Exposure to ERP systems, SAP preferred

Quick learner with aptitude to learn more and drive change

Experience in working in a cross-functional team

Self-motivated, disciplined, communicative, and organized

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Great interpersonal and networking skills

Pay Range : $62,000-$65,000 a year

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Work Requirements :

We offer flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements, to support the need of the role and align with company policies. This position is located in Windsor / Windsor Locks, CT and is considered hybrid with 3 days required at Windsor / Windsor Locks and 2 days work from home.

You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.

Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Travel requirements : Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.

Citizenship requirement : Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
