Job Summary : The Procurement Specialist is responsible for providing technical expertise and support to ensure that procurement processes and activities meet standards. This role involves conducting procurement analyses, performing data analysis, and developing and implementing procurement plans. The Procurement Specialist works closely with cross-functional teams to address procurement issues, perform cost analysis, and implement cost-saving measures. Additionally, this role involves training and mentoring procurement staff and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications :

The estimated salary range for this position is $75,000 to $85,000 plus bonus. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range. At Xylem we offer a competitive compensation package with a generous benefit package, including Medical, Dental, Vision plans, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, paid parental leave and tuition reimbursement.
