The Engineering Manager will be responsible for driving the day-to-day execution of projects and delivery across our engineering organization. You will lead teams to consistently ship high-quality solutions on time, while upholding technical excellence and operational rigor. By translating strategic objectives into clear, actionable plans, you will ensure strong execution and outcomes, creating space for leadership to focus on broader organizational goals.
This role blends technical leadership, program execution, and people management. You will own the processes, rhythms, and accountability structures that keep engineering delivery predictable and aligned, while fostering a culture of clarity, urgency, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will be instrumental in ensuring that our teams not only deliver, but deliver with impact.

What Success Looks Like
Compensation : The base salary range is $225-270K, with flexibility depending on a candidate's background and experience. An annual bonus plan and company equity plan (RSUs) are also included in our compensation package.
