About The Position

Job Title : Physical Therapist - Home Health

Experience : Minimum of 1 year in Home Health experience required

Description :

Physical Therapist needed for Home Health setting.

The position involves providing therapy to patients in their homes.

The average patient visit ratio is between 5 to 20 visits per day.

Weekend coverage is required every 6th weekend.

Candidates must have Home Health experience.

First-time travelers are welcome to apply.

Mileage reimbursement is provided.

A maximum of 7 days of RTO is allowed during the contract period.

Candidates will not float outside their scope.

Successful applicants will possess the necessary skills for patient care.

All travelers will need to comply with facility requirements.

References are recommended for submission.

This role supports patients across a designated territory.

Candidates must adhere to strict compliance related to RTO and other requirements.
