F&B Manager Responsibilities :
- Deliver exceptional guest experiences on each and every occasion.
- Accountable for inventory counts and reconciliation
- Responsible for training and development of all FOH team members.
- Role model and coach and hold accountable for standards.
F&B Manager Qualifications :
Two or more years of management experience, preferably in a full service or boutique hotelExperience in Task Force assignments and new hotel openings is helpfulBeing bilingual in Spanish is preferredDecent experience with cocktails and spirits.F&B Manager Benefits
A base salary of $62 to $66K commiserate with experience and strong bonus potential2 weeks of PTO.80% of employee medical and 100% of dental and vision paid for by the company401K with a company match and Short Team and Long Term disability.
