In this role, you will drive the development of scalable data pipelines, enhance our storage and reporting systems, and support data-driven initiatives across our advertising, affiliate sales, and editorial content revenue streams. As the head of our data engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping BDG’s data strategy and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.What You'll Do

• Lead & Grow the Team : Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing data engineering team to develop data-driven products that fuel revenue growth and business intelligence.
