  • Active Ohio RN license or compact state nursing license\n
  • Minimum 18 months recent Operating Room (OR) experience, with strong background in orthopedic surgery and total joint replacements\n
  • At least 18 months of permanent OR RN experience prior to travel assignments\n
  • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification\n
  • Recent (within 6 months) Epic charting experience\n
  • One recent supervisory reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the OR specialty\n
  • Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation\n

  • Deliver skilled perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room, focusing on orthopedic procedures such as total joint replacements\n
  • Collaborate with surgeons and the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes\n
  • Utilize Epic EMR for accurate and timely clinical documentation\n
  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies, safety protocols, and healthcare regulations\n
  • Participate in orientation and required clinical assessments\n
  • Demonstrate flexibility by working every other holiday as required\n
