Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Engineer located in Winona, MS. The Plant Engineer will be responsible for overseeing plant engineering, plant maintenance, and plant operations. Key daily tasks include troubleshooting technical issues, supervising power generation processes, and ensuring the efficient functioning of all plant equipment. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the seamless operation of our manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Plant Engineering, Plant Maintenance, and Plant Operations
• Troubleshooting skills with practical experience in identifying and solving technical issues
• Knowledge and experience in Power Generation
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work on-site in Winona, MS
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in a bulk material handling or manufacturing environment is beneficial
