Driver

The Grand Healthcare is seeking a reliable and flexible Resident Driver to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for transporting residents to and from doctor’s appointments and other scheduled activities. You will play a vital role in ensuring residents have safe and timely transportation while adapting to changing plans and schedules.

Pay Range $18-$20 / HR

Key Responsibilities :

Transport Residents : Safely transport residents to and from doctor's appointments and other scheduled activities, including dialysis runs that may start as early as 4 AM.

Adaptability : Accommodate changes to the schedule and adapt transportation plans as needed.

Ensure Comfort & Safety : Provide a comfortable, safe, and caring environment during transport for all residents.

Communication : Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and facility staff to ensure all needs are met.

Resident Driver Requirements :

Flexible Availability : Must be available for early shifts, including some as early as 4 AM for dialysis runs.

Adaptability : Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Eligibility : Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Dependable & Responsible : Strong problem-solving skills with a dependable and responsible work ethic.

Team Player : Ability to work well as part of a team and collaborate with facility staff.

Professional References : Must have professional references available.
