• Ensure that 80% of service calls are answered before being routed to voicemail.
• Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service requests.
• Coordinate with service technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery.
